Responsibilities:  
            工作职责:  
            1)Provides  total  patient  care  in  accordance  to  the  physician’s  orders  and  individual  patient  needs  in  conformance  with  standards  of  nursing  practice.  
            根据护理标准，病人需要和医嘱提供全面的护理服务。  
            2)Observes  and  documents  pertinent  information  that  reflects  the  patient’s  clinical  condition,  with  respect  to  the  entire  human  being.  
            在尊重病人的前提下，观察和记录反应病人临床症状的适当信息。  
            3)Reports  the  same  to  charge  nurses  and  physicians.  
            将观察到的信息汇报给主管护士和医生。  
            4)Maintains  accurate  and  complex  records  of  nursing  observations  and  care.  
            书写精确完整的护理记录。  
            5)Performs  or  supervises  treatment  and  administers  medications  as  required.  
            进行或监督治疗，根据要求给药。  
            6)Conducts  team  conferences  and  assumes  responsibility  for  keeping  plans,  implementation  and  evaluations  of  nursing  care  current.  
            参与部门会议，负责计划实施和监管现有的护理体系。  
            7)Actively  participates  in  patient  and/or  family  teaching.  
            积极参与病人和家属的宣教活动。  
            8)Cooperates  in  maintaining  a  high  level  of  order,  safety  and  strict  control  over  narcotics  and  other  dangerous  drugs.  
            帮助维护一个严格的高水平的精麻药及其他危险药品管理体系。  
            9)Institutes  emergency  procedures  in  the  absence  of  a  physician  to  offset  life  threatening  situations.  
            在医生不在场的情况下，进行必要的急救。  
            10)Keeps  abreast  of  current  nursing  trends  and  continuing  education  opportunities.  
            了解护理行业最新知识，并进行继续教育。  
              
            Requirement岗位要求:  
            1)Minimum  a  diploma’s  degree  in  nursing;  
            护理相关大专学历以上;  
            2)Minimum  3  years  experience  in  health  care  industry;  
            至少在医疗相关行业工作三年以上;  
            3)Obtain  related  medical  and  training  license;  
            拥有合格的医疗和培训证书；  
            4)Oversea  or  International  hospital  working  experience  is  a  plus;  
            拥有海外或国际医院工作经验者优先;  
            5)Excellent  written  and  oral  English;  
            优秀的书面和口头英语；  
            6)Good  team  player.
