Responsibilities  工作职责:  
            1)Work  out  the  Debit  Note  for  insurance.  
            统计理赔账单，整理后寄往保险公司。  
            2)Clear  the  outstanding  according  to  the  EOB  from  insurance.  
            根据收到的理赔回馈信息，对冲相应的应收账款。  
            3)Register  the  AR  information  in  our  system.  
            登记病人的应收信息。  
            4)Make  “Debit  Note”  for  the  patient.  
            定期统计病人的应付款项，制作相应地催款单。  
            5)Inform  patients  about  the  claimant  feedback  in  time  and  assist  them  to  reclaim.  
            及时通知病人保险公司关于理赔的反馈信息并协助病人重新理赔。  
            6)Remind  patient  to  clear  their  outstanding  and  update  the  latest  information.  
            提醒病人清掉个人应承担的应付账款及时更新帐务的最新情况。  
            7)List  the  outstanding  status  and  check  the  account  receivable  balance  with  insurance/company  termly.  
            定期统计应收账款的情况并与保险公司进行核对。  
            8)Be  familiar  with  Direct  Billing  process  of  all  the  insurance  and  cooperated  clients.  
            熟悉所有合作保险公司及公司客户的直付流程。  
            9)Checking  Insurance  Agreement  for  Direct  Billing  Service.  
            检查保险公司的直付合同。  
            10)Train  internal  staff  with  Direct  Billing  process  when  getting  new  cooperation  with  insurance/company.  
            实时培训内部员工支付服务流程。  
            11)Other  job  assigned  by  the  supervisor.  
            完成上级主管交付的其他工作。  
              
            Requirement岗位要求:  
            1)Minimum  3  years  experience  in  medical  industrial;  
            3年以上医疗行业工作经验；  
            2)Finance/insurance  related  education  background;  
            财务/保险相关教育背景；  
            3)Excellent  written  and  oral  English;  
            优秀的书面和口头英语；  
            4)Good  team  player.  
            富有团队精神。
