Responsibilities  工作职责:  
            1)Implement  the  management  and  the  department’s  instruction.  
            严格遵守医院和科室的各项规章制度。  
            2)Complete  each  patient’s  test  as  soon  as  possible  and  deliver  the  lab  report  to  the  doctor.  
            尽快完成每个病人的检验项目，并将检验结果交予医生。  
            3)Book  in  the  room  temperature  and  the  machine’s  cleaning  and  maintenance  every  workday.  
            完成实验室仪器的使用和保养记录，并做好实验室温度记录。  
            4)Making  quality  control  of  all  equipments  before  testing  any  patient‘s  sample.  
            做好血常规，尿常规，生化项目的室内质控与记录。  
            5)Keep  the  quality  control  and  correct  it  in  time  if  the  quality  control  might  be  out  of  the  range.  
            如有失控情况，及时纠正，并做好失控分析。  
            6)Strictly  carry  out  the  test  samples  which  sent  by  Shanghai  Clinical  Laboratory  Center  and  give  feedback  to  management  in  order  to  reach  the  hospital‘s  annual  plan  and  development.  
            认真完成市临检中心及科室布置的室间质控，盲点检查和年终检查，及时将检查结果反馈给院部领导，并做好下一阶段的整改计划。  
            7)Check  the  lab  report  and  register  abnormal  test  result.  
            核对检验结果，发放检验报告单。做好异常检验结果的复查，并登记在册。  
            8)Report  the  infectious  disease  according  to  CDC‘s  requirement  without  any  mistake.  
            法定传染病根据疾控中心要求传报。  
            9)Contact  with  the  engineer  if  the  machine  is  not  working,  make  the  machine  keep  running  normally.  
            机器如有故障，及时联系维修、报修等，使其处于正常的运作状态。  
            10)Request  for  purchase  reagents  and  many  other  things  which  are  needed  for  the  laboratory‘s  daily  task.  
            做好贵重器材的管理和检验材料的请领工作。  
            11)Keep  in  close  contact  with  clinic  and  exchange  ideas  to  make  our  work  better.  
            及时与临床沟通联系，互相配合，进一步改善检验科工作。  
            12)Attend  lectures  and  trainings  to  improve  private  power.  
            积极参加检验科业务学习和质控小组活动，改进检验方法，不断开展新项目，提高检验质量。参加各种业务培训和考核，不断提高自身素质。  
            13)Other  job  assigned  by  the  supervisor.  
            完成上级主管交付的其他工作。  
              
            Requirements要求:  
            1)Minimum  a  diploma  in  pharmacy;  
            药剂相关大专学历以上；  
            2)Minimum  5  years  experience  in  medical  industrial;  
            5年以上医疗行业工作经验；  
            3)Obtain  related  medical  and  training  license;  
            拥有合格的医疗和培训证书；  
            4)Good  written  and  oral  English;  
            良好的书面和口头英语；  
            5)Oversea  or  International  hospital  working  experience  is  a  plus;  
            拥有海外或国际医院工作经验者优先;  
            6)Good  team  player.  
            富有团队精神。
