Your  Role

1.  Observe  and  interpret  patient’s  symptoms  and  communicate  them  to  the  doctors.
2.  Document  patient  records  with  full  accuracy.
3.  Perform  routine  procedures  (e.g.  administering  injections,  blood  pressure  measurements,  blood  taking,  etc.)  and  fill  in  patients’  charts.
4.  Provide  nursing  care,  bedside  care  and  patient  education  when  necessary
5.  Be  proficient  in  the  use  of  medical  equipment  for  specialized  areas/units
6.  Assist  doctors  and  attend  to  emergency  calls  whenever  necessary.

Your  Experience
1.  3+  years  of  relevant  experience  as  a  Nurse.
2.  Possess  valid  nursing  registration  with  the  Nursing  Council
3.  Track  record  in  supporting  patients  and  helping  others  to  improve  their  health.
4.  Strong  background  in  academic.
5.  Good  interpersonal  and  communication  skills.
6.  Ability  to  work  in  Singapore.
7.  Good  proficiency  in  the  English  language  (speaking  and  writing);  other  languages  a  plus.
8.  Graduate  with  a  Degree  in  Nursing  or  equivalent.
