任职要求：
大学毕业学士学位以上
英语说写流利，并善于沟通者优先考虑
电脑操作熟练
4年以上高端医疗客服工作经验
熟悉国际高端医疗商业保险和直付流程
较好的组织能力和学习能力
善于沟通和处理人际关系
具有团队合作精神


Job  Duties:

Assist  with  patient  inquiries  via  phone  call,  email  and  onsite.
Make  appointment  for  patient  and  prepare  medical  file.
Make  registration  for  new  patient.
Verify  insurance  benefit.
Perform  general  administrative  duties  as  designated  by  the  supervisor  or  manager.


Qualifications:

Graduate  of  an  accredited  school  and  Bachelor’s  Degree  or  above  is  required.
Fluent  in  spoken  English  and  written  English,  good  communication  skills  is  preferred.
Proficient  in  PC  applications.
4  years  high-end  clinic  customer  service  experience  at  least.
Familiar  with  international  insurance  and  direct  billing  process.
Good  organization  skills  and  learning  ability.
Good  communication  and  interpersonal  skills  are  essential.
Teamwork  spirit  is  a  must.
